Chris Kleist, stormwater coordinator for the city of Duluth, will address the Duluth chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America when it meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hartley Nature Center, 3001 Woodland Avenue.

Kleist will provide information on how Duluth’s stormwater infrastructure impacts local cold-water stream resources, with specific focus on the assessment of damages resulting from the June flood. The city has many trout streams that were seriously damaged by the flood.
