One of the great things about digital photography is that almost everyone is a photographer now, and most people have a camera handy if something unusual happens. Jarrid Houston, a fishing guide from South Range in Wisconsin, grabbed a quick photo of the bobcat above before it left his yard this morning.
“This is not he first time we have seen this critter around our area,” Houston wrote. “Matter of fact, we have seen him three times. And according to the neighbors, he has been hanging around their homes as well. This was the first time I was able to get his mug on camera. We have a very healthy population of rabbits around our woods, and I would think that’s what keeps him around.”
